Project Summary
A family orientated mixed use entertainment development for the Thai and expat community, and tourists to enjoy numerous attractions from adventurous and adrenaline pumping activities to cultural and highly entertaining experiences.
The Concept
Blue Tree Phuket was developed due to a gap in the market for daytime and evening entertainment activities for tourists and local residents in Phuket of all demographics and age groups. It brings together a stunning crystal lagoon, man made beaches and adventure-related activities in an international standard and safe environment. For residents, it is a “second home” where they feel part of a community in a safe, fun and environmentally sustainable facility.
Project Involvement
Created the concept, developed the master plan and prepare the detailed business plan. Managed the complete design development process, the tendering and appointment of all contractors and suppliers and the construction of the full development. Performed the whole pre-opening including hiring the full management team and over 400 staff and establishing the full systems and procedures for the operations, sales and marketing, accounting and finance.
