Michael Ayling meets the Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea
17 November 2022 – Michael Ayling meets James Marape, the Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea, to discuss development projects to enhance he attractiveness of Papua New Guinea as a tourist destination.
Projects discussed with the redevelopment of the port in the centre of the CBD of Port Moresby and the opportunity to create an iconic tourism attraction, the Independence Drive leading up to parliament, to be completed in 2025 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of independence. Destination marketing and positioning promote the spectacular and varied tourism potential of PNG was also in focus.
