Our Services
Limited Liability Company
This is the most common type of company in Thailand because it is easy to set up. Shareholders liability is limited to what they invest in the company.
Benefits
Foreign business owners have the benefit of lots of positives once having opened a Limited Company. These types of companys are very similar to LLC’s, meaning it is a simple way for foreigners to embark on opening a business in Thailand. Its structure will be familiar to other countries and so gives reassurance to a foreign business owner.
Liability is limited meaning shareholders and investors are given a form of protection without losing more than what they have chosen to invest in the company. This means if the business does take a turn for the worse, the investor will only lost their capital investment.
The structure offers flexibility allowing them to engage in all relative business types. Alongside this flexibility, a Limited Company can be completely owned by a foreigner.
Representative Office
Foreign companies that intend to conduct marketing or business support in Thailand can set up a Representative Office. The office cannot generate revenue but does important support for the head office. The Representative Office relies completely on the head office for capital and operating expenses as it is unable to generate revenue. The Representative Office does not have to hire 4 Thai nationals for each foreign employee.
Benefits
Most companies want to enter the Thailand market but do not feel comfortable going through the trouble of setting up as a Thai business, finding a Thai national to trust with 51%. One of the biggest benefits of setting up a representative office is that a company with HQ elsewhere can set their roots in Thailand, while conducting non-revenue generating activities within Thailand.
There is no need to have 4 Thai nationals to every foreigner employed and the office itself is not subject to corporate income tax given it is not actively generating revenue.
Branch Office
Branch offices are similar to limited liability companies although these offices do not have directors or shareholders and are not registered companies
Benefits
Although Branch Offices do not have active directors or shareholders and are not considered registered companies in their own right – they are still considered an extension of the parent company. Branch offices are able to display the same name as the parent company and engage in the same activities.
BOI Registration
The Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) is a government agency that focuses on bringing foreign investors to Thailand.

The benefits of getting BOI certification include the ability to operate a 100% foreign owned business in Thailand, tax and duty exemptions or incentives and the ability to employ foreign employees without having to hire 4 Thai nationals for every foreign employee.
