Project Summary

Fairfax Mixed Use Destination is located on the vacated port site, in the heart of the Port Moresby CBD with a spectacular setting overlooking glorious harbour views. We conceptualised and designed an international quality mixed used destination development that has family entertainment as its anchor theme to create an iconic destination in Port Moresby.

The Concept

The development has been designed to be positioned to be a “Live, Play and Work” concept catering for every demographic living and visiting Port Moresby and Papua New Guinea; and every aspect of their life.

The convenience of being able to access all of the living requirements of offices, shopping and high-quality entertainment within walking distance from your residence providing a strong demand and premium pricing for the wide range of residential developments.

Project Involvement

Created the concept, developed the master plan and prepared the detailed business plan. Recommended and appointed the internationally renowned architect, SODA, and managed the complete design development process.

The project has been postponed due to a recent change in government in 2022
