    • Identifying improvement projects that are required to gradually address the areas of neglect during the pandemic period to bring your hotel to the standard before the COVID pandemic; and

The Financier will obtain the required confidence levels with such a systematic approach being performed by suitably qualified professionals to fund your hotels financing requirements.
